Contraindications Due to the advanced technologies used, this treatment may not be suitable for active melasma, active rosacea, active and cystic acne, or certain metal or electronic implants such as pacemakers or metal fillings. Suitability is confirmed during the consultation at the start of your appointment. 2. Form Please complete every question on the consultation form honestly. If a listed contraindication applies, this treatment will not go ahead and an alternative will be offered in the appointment. 3. Deposit If this treatment is not suitable, I will offer an alternative treatment in the same appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and is kept if you choose to not go ahead.
