Refund Policy

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment or plan.The remaining 50% is payable at your appointment.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that I can finish on schedule and not impact other clients.
Please check the location in advance and allow plenty of time to get here in case of roadworks or any difficulty finding the studio.
Treatment suitability
Please read the description of your chosen treatment carefully and complete the consultation form honestly.
If, at your appointment, I assess that the treatment you have booked is not suitable for your skin at that time, I will offer an alternative treatment within the same appointment.
If you choose not to go ahead with alternative treatment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies can happen.
In these cases I will consider a refund or reschedule at my discretion.

If I am unable to keep the appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded if you prefer not to reschedule.
