1. Bookings
All bookings must be booked in advance through the website. A booking is only confirmed once you complete the consultation form and receive a confirmation email or message.
2. Deposits & Payment
A deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment. ( unless otherwise agreed ).
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Reschedule
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.
No shows will forfeit their deposit.
In the event of a genuine emergency I will consider a refund or reschedule at my discretion. Please contact me as soon as possible.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened so the appointment still finishes on time. The full treatment price still applies.
5. Health & Suitability
You are responsible for informing me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications ( including Roaccutane / Isotretinoin and topical retinoids such as tretinoin ), metal implants ( including metal fillings ), or skin concerns and other advanced aesthetic treatments ( such as injectables, laser treatments, peels, etc ) in your consultation form and at your appointment.
Some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions ( e.g active acne, active rosacea, active melasma, broken skin, or recent procedures ).
I reserve the right to refuse or adapt a treatment, or offer an alternative if I believe it is not safe or suitable.
6. Results
Results vary from person to person. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Skincare advice is given in good faith based on the information you provide and is not a substitute for medical advice.
7. Student Discount
A student discount is available with a valid student ID on certain treatments only.
The discount is applied at the appointment.
If you do not bring your student ID, the full price will be charged.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
I will not share your details with third parties except where required to provide your treatment by law.
9. Liability
Treatments are carried out with care and professional standards. I am not liable for any adverse reactions that result from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
10. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
